Today the Washington Redskins played the Dallas Cowboys. It was one of the highest scoring games in NFL history. The Redskins lost in the end due to poor choices by Mcnabb throughout the game. Mcnabb threw for over 300 yards going 20-38 with 5 TD's. However, he also had 6 picks! That's what hurt this team the most. The running game was virtually nonexistent except for a couple long runs in the end of the first half. At half time the Redskins were down by 30 points. That deficit later drew to over 40 points! I don't know how but the Redskins managed to come all the way back and get within 10! Unfortunately, time was not on their side.. They scored a last second TD on a huge pass play. The clock had hit 0. No time left. The Skins were left saddened. Overall it was a good game and both teams showed great sportsman ship. There were no injuries to the Redskins but the Redskins did force the Cowboys to be shorthanded next week injuring 5 players but only 2 couldn't stay. Including Cowboys star TE Jason Witten who will be out for 2 weeks. In other news, in the league's first blockbuster trade the Skins have traded the Arizona Cardinals LaRon Landry, Joey Galloway, and also Brian Orakpo for Larry Fitzgerald, and Adrian Wilson. The trade is expected to impact both teams greatly.
